Shipping Policy

Shipping is via Royal Mail; for many items, due to their value, they have to be sent via Special Delivery; otherwise, they will not be covered in case of loss or damage.

Unfortunately, this leads to high shipping costs. However, I am searching and trying to lower these without hiding the shipping price in the item cost. If the shipping cost causes you an issue, please do feel free to get in touch, and we may be able to work together to find a solution.​

Please note, that shipping costs also include the packaging required to get your items to you safely. I want to be more environmentally friendly and use biodegradable &/or recycled items for this. In future, ALL packaging will be biodegradable in your home compost. All bubble wrap used in your order has been reused from what I received in my orders from suppliers.

Shipping can take up to 5 days or in some circumstances more. I aim to dispatch items within 2 days of ordering, usually the next day. This excludes all made-to-order items which will have their own production, despatch and estimated delivery dates within their description. The method used in the UK is Royal Mail Tracked 48, if you require your item urgently please let me know before ordering.

International packages are all tracked and no untracked cheaper alternative will be given. Once the package has been shipped the delivery times are out of my control, however, the estimated times will be provided when you order. If you require more information in advance please do contact me.

Strikes, delays, customs hold-ups, and natural disasters in any country are out of my control.

I will continue to help you track and chase up any delayed or lost items until they have arrived safely with you. ​​​​


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving an item. In the event that an exchange cannot be offered a refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item. ​

If an item returns in a lesser condition than when it was sent, either caused by use or handling by the customer, a deduction will be made from the refund for the loss of value. Each deduction will be based on individual circumstances.

​Shipping refunds: By Law I am required to refund the cost of standard shipping only, this means that upgrades to shipping (such as special delivery, expedited or signed for) will only be refunded to the cost of standard shipping. ​The cost of returns, unless otherwise agreed, are the buyers responsibility.

Items should be sent via the correct method, I.e a valuable item must be sent via Special Delivery. If a returned item goes missing the buyer is asked to issue the initial request for compensation. If the buyer returns a valuable item by anything less than special delivery and this goes missing it is the buyer's responsibility to seek compensation from the mail carrier and I shall not issue a refund.

If a buyer is returning an item that arrived damaged, broken or not as described they are not liable for return shipping costs. I try to describe items as accurately as possible to ensure this doesn’t happen and please be aware that screens can often create slight differences in the colours of items.

Personalised or custom items cannot be returned. Hygiene items such as earrings or face scrubbies cannot be returned if they have been worn/used and the hygiene seal on the packet is broken.
